Finals - Last round of Qualies

Round 2 of the playoffs is over, where the 2 top seeds were knocked off by the 2 lower seeds.

On Saturday night we had the Rank 1 seed taking on 3, where #1 Knights of Cydonia looked to overcome #3 Hostile Faction.quad Damage like did during the season. With top performing players like Ephemeral and Revelations, Hostile Faction.quad Damage needed their top performing players like Snake and Acidrain to step up. With everything tied up @ 1-1 Acidrain stepped up to make it 3-1. In the final game, Ephemeral chooses LT vs Acidrain, a map where Acidrain loses almost every time vs's Ephemeral. The game was 50/50 and no one knew who was going to win. Just when Ephem is about to kill Acids AM, he invis's it.

Then on Sunday afternoon, we had the battle of #2 FTSE Gaming vs #5 Xtreme Chaotix, XTC showing ok results during regular season, but really stepping it up into the playoffs. Series started off with a quick 3-0 from the new re-joined Kaos.. quickly turned around as I_LOVE_TWINS came back to make it 3-3. In the final game Kaos was jokered back and came back for the win, taking it home 4-3.

Now we are finally at the finals, we will be seeing

#3 Hostile Faction.quad Damage [hF.qD] -vs- #5 Xtreme Chaotix [XTC]

will hF.qD bring their A game for the match? or will XTC take home another AK vs them in an easy win.
